The franchise team at Beans & Brews Coffeehouse knows how important franchise support and training is to a successful business. We never stop challenging ourselves to do better, which means we are fully invested in supporting you throughout your franchising career.
Establishing Your Beans Location
From site selection to your finished coffeehouse, we are your partner in establishing your location. Our franchise support includes:
- Assisting you in choosing the location of your coffeehouse
- Providing advice in negotiating a lease, the purchase of a property, or the construction of your coffeehouse
- Working with you to secure trades professionals who can provide your location improvements
- Assisting with securing equipment, operating materials, and supplies at the right times
- Working with you to set up your coffeehouse, including layout, display, placement of supplies, inventory management, equipment, and signage
While your coffeehouse location is underway, and within six months of signing your franchise agreement, initial training takes place. Up to three people can participate in the initial training sessions. You will have 16 hours of classroom training and up to 120 hours of on-the-job training before you open your Beans & Brews Coffeehouse.
Franchise training with Beans & Brews involves:
- Training at the Beans & Brews Coffeehouse training center
- Visiting and working at other Beans & Brews Coffeehouse locations
- Operations and management training that includes:
- How to operate and manage your Coffeehouse
- Using our point-of-sale system
- Product merchandising and how to purchase supplies efficiently
- The operation of all equipment
- Suggestions on bookkeeping and a how-to of the full reporting process
- Review of the franchise manual and franchise standards
- Training on the Beans guest experience
Ongoing Franchise Marketing Support
We perform a real estate and marketing analysis for each trade area we are developing.
This includes knowing where customers live and work, how they navigate the community and what attracts them to make certain purchases. This analytical data, combined with your market knowledge, are key ingredients to a successful marketing plan.
Get Established with Our Franchise Support
Friendly Franchise Team
A member of our franchise team will visit your coffeehouse at least once a year and can provide any feedback or advice to benefit your operation. We offer all franchisees advice and consultation every year on any aspect of the business in addition to our normal update calls and meetings.
Our franchise team evaluates and analyzes your financial information and provides valuable feedback for growth.
You can access advertising aids, consult with us on promotional opportunities and have marketing materials created for you as needed. You also benefit from national office brand marketing through various online and print channels.
The franchise team maintains the Beans & Brews Coffeehouse website and social media platforms, online ordering, and marketing messaging so you don’t have to!
Your tech needs are taken care of by our Beans technology team that develops new ways to connect with customers (mobile app, pre-paid cards, and more). We also provide tech support (i.e. software upgrades, remote and phone support, etc.).
You will always be current on franchise happenings with our website portal and regular communications. We are always just a call away.
