COMMUNITY DONATION FORM

At Beans & Brews, we appreciate the support of our business by the community. In turn, we feel a real responsibility to support our community. We welcome the opportunity to provide donations that can assist with fundraising and other important charitable/ non-profit organizations’ efforts. By limiting donations to products and/or gift cards, we can provide donations to more organizations. Therefore, we do not provide cash donations. We appreciate your consideration of our company participating in your event and thank you for your cooperation. If you do not hear a response from our donation coordinator within one week, please follow up by calling our Home Office number (801-561-5241 ext. 1901).

Our corporate headquarters is based in Sandy, Utah, allowing us to donate product to events along the Wasatch Front. If you are looking for a donation outside of this area, please contact your local Beans & Brews directly.

Note: Please submit this form, at minimum, one month in advance to the event in which you would like us to participate. Similarly, please include an email to expedite the donation request approval process. Thank you!
