The Beans Card is the mobile payment feature on the B&B App that allows you to load money onto the card, and then use it to pay for your purchases with one simple app scan.
Once you have loaded money onto your beans card, simply tap the "Earn & Pay with Beans Card" button on the rewards screen. You are then given the option to tip. Once a selection is made, a QR code will be generated that you present to your barista to scan.
The option to manually update your Beans Card balance can be found in the middle of the screen when you create a payment QR code.
No. Once value has been added to your Beans Card there cannot be cash back issued. However, you can transfer all or some of your Beans Card value to other B&B App users.
The Beans & Brews House Rewards Program allows Guests to earn one point for each dollar spent at Beans & Brews. Once you earn 75 points, you are rewarded a $5.00 credit to be used for future purchases.
No, you can earn points without using the app mobile payment feature.
Yes. The points system is linked to the dollar amount spent, not the items purchased. $1 = 1 point. Points are even rewarded on transactions that are discounted by a promotion. Gift cards are the only purchase that does not earn points.
Tap "EARN" on your rewards screen and show the QR code to the barista to scan. If you are unable to scan your phone, you can request a receipt and then scan the barcode at the bottom of the receipt with your mobile device. Barcodes expire in 48 hours. If you are paying with your app Beans Card, you can select "EARN & PAY WITH BEANS CARD" and show the QR code to the barista to scan. Your current points balance is listed beneath the cappuccino points dial on the rewards screen.

**Please note it takes 10-15 minutes after scanning for points to post to your account.**
You earn 6 points. Amount totals are rounded to the nearest point. For example: amounts between $5.00 and $5.49 would round down to 5 points. Amounts between $5.50 and $5.99 would round up to 6 points. Points are assigned on the pre-tax total amount.
The total amount of points earned per transaction is based on the check total before taxes. For example: if the check total before taxes is $9.25 and after taxes comes to $10.15, the total points earned for the transaction would be 9 points.
If a transaction is more than the amount of reward being applied, the remaining balance can be paid by other forms of payment. If a transaction is less than the amount of reward being applied, the remaining reward amount goes back into your rewards account.
No. Once you receive the $5.00 reward, it is banked in your account and you can choose how to spend it. You can apply as little as $1 all the way up to $30 of rewards on a single check.
Yes. Rewards are banked in your account and can be applied to any purchase at Beans & Brews for drinks, food, merchandise…anything (excluding gift cards).
You are eligible to receive a free drink on your birthday once you have earned at least 100 House Rewards points (excludes bonus points). Qualifying points must be earned within the 6 months preceding your birthday.
No, rewards do not expire. A reward QR code is generated when a Guest selects the REDEEM button. That QR code is good for 2 hours. If that code is not used within 2 hours, a new QR code can be generated to redeem the same reward.
Rewards are earned through purchases, $1 = 1 point, 75 points = $5 reward. Rewards and current point balance can be found in the Rewards tab in your app.

Special offers are gifts or promotions that are unrelated to purchases. For example, $2 Mochas, free birthday drink, buy one get one free offer, or double points. Special offers can be found in the News & Offers tab in your app. Special offers expire.
To apply a reward to a purchase, tap the REDEEM button on the Rewards screen in your app, enter how much you would like to redeem, tap the DONE button, and then present the QR code for your barista to scan. It's that easy.
To redeem an offer, select the offer you would like to use from the News & Offers screen, tap the REDEEM button, and then present the QR code for your barista to scan.
Yes. You can request a receipt for your purchase and then scan the barcode at the bottom of the receipt with your mobile device at a later time. If the barcode does not scan, you can enter the number underneath the barcode into your app and earn points.
The House Rewards program can be accessed on our website. To earn points, a Guest can simply ask for a receipt with a barcode for their purchases. The barcode number can then be entered on our website, and reward codes can be sent to a user's email address.
The B&B does not currently have a mobile ordering feature.
